The Purpose


The purpose of this role is to lead and build a world class Sales Development team that can drive the Decision Intelligence category forward and deliver a highly qualified pipeline of opportunities to support Peak’s growth in EMEA.

 

The Role


This role will see you leading all aspects of our EMEA Sales Development team who are responsible for engaging with senior stakeholders within our enterprise accounts through our outbound, inbound, partnerships and events channels.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop a strong understanding of our core tools such as SFDC, Lusha, Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Nav to find creative ways to optimise the SDR workflow
  • Provide day to day support on all things cold calling, email copy, workflow and general ad hoc requests
  • Work with both Sales Ops and Sales Enablement teams to implement training & enablement programs aimed at improving the capabilities of the team
  • Work closely with our demand generation team to facilitate campaigns and come up with creative ways to engage our target accounts
  • Working alongside our demand generation team to ensure the inbound channel is managed effectively and meets our internal SLAs
  • Manage the SDR hiring process and facilitate engaging onboarding programs that deliver a best in class experience for new joiners 
  • Support the short term and long term goals of each individual through 1:1s, weekly coaching and ongoing touch points
  • Define the key performance metrics and report them to the wider business each month
  • Where appropriate create incentives that create an fun and exciting environment that can drive an uplift in performance

Preferred experience:


  • Experience in a sales development role where you have successfully engaged with c-suite and director level personas within enterprise size businesses (£100m+ turnover)
  • Ideally have 1+ years experience in the SaaS software industry within a fast growing environment
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Salesloft and other lead generation tools
  • Understanding of the core sales development metrics and experience taking a data driven approach to your decision making
