Purpose of the Role
Peak already works with Nike, KFC, ASOS, Marshalls, AO and many others. But we want more! We want to help more of the world's best brands unlock the power of Decision Intelligence and AI.
You will be in charge of our marketing activities in the field. From industry-specific events to direct mail for target accounts, you will use all of your knowledge and expertise to help us ensure that companies in the UK and Europe know who Peak are, what we offer, and why we should be working together. We want to build the best Sales and Marketing team in the world – and the Field Marketing Manager will play an integral part in that, connecting the Demand Generation team directly into the Sales team, ensuring transparency, alignment and the ability to move quickly.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a hyper-growth tech scaleup, backed by one of the largest global investors, and support Peak’s continued success in the UK and Europe. Working with the Demand Generation and Sales Team, you will be responsible for shaping our in-market event strategy, creating and executing marketing campaigns and working with the digital marketing lead to implement our account-based marketing initiatives. Ultimately, you will be in a prime position to bring in new customer logos that can supercharge our growth trajectory.
This role will grow in importance as Peak scales in size and we expand the range of our product offering and Sales teams. We'll be looking to work in different industries, and be bringing new products to market, so you'll be on the forefront of helping us communicate our messaging to the right people, on the right medium, at the right time.
What Peak does is complicated, and we exist in an industry filled with acronyms and jargon. Hey I am AJ, I’m looking for someone who’s hungry to learn, actively listens, has their own ideas that they are passionate about and can create meaningful relationships with other teams in the business.
This role will have many exciting elements to it. You'll be in charge of deciding what events we put on, who the audience should be, whether it is a fair price and influence what story we'll be telling them. You will keep the sales team informed (and involved) about what marketing campaigns are happening whilst working with them on sales-led activities. You'll be looking at which channels, messages and methods work, and which don't to inform where we’re best to spend our money, whilst constantly helping to improve the way we talk to our prospects and customers.
