The Opportunity

Peak is building a key strategic presence in India. Developing a high revenue growth, customer first team in Mumbai is a priority for the business. This role will be the senior leader for this operation, with responsibilities including;

  • Commercial success of Peak in India
  • Cultural success of Peak in India and beyond
  • Key connection between Mumbai, Peak HQ and other global Peak clubhouses
  • Hiring, growing and scaling a multifunctional team

You will define and co-own our Indian go to market strategy across all our industry verticals. You will be responsible for the establishment and ongoing success of Peak culture in a strategic high growth region. You will be a key voice representing India in all Peak matters, and a lead communicator with senior leadership at Peak HQ.


Establish Peak as the market leader in Decision Intelligence in India. As a founding member of the Peak team in Mumbai you will play an important role in the globalisation of the business and Decision Intelligence as a category. This will necessitate a passion for AI, a commitment to advancing the Peak culture and desire to build a high performing team.

The role

  1. Be a senior leader within one of the worlds most exciting tech companies
  2. Create and execute the strategy that establishes Peak as the Market leader in Decision Intelligence in India.
  3. Form value propositions which transform the way some of the world's most respected brands operate.
  4. Grow the local team and culture hiring the best talent and growing the Peak community in India
  5. Develop, promote and evangelize the Peak-way of using AI to super-charge companies’ digital transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Alongside the sales lead Managing Director, India, you will co-create the commercial strategy to enable Peak to scale to IPO + beyond by being the market leader in Decision Intelligence within India.
  • Own and drive our India go-to-market motion; reporting into the Global Customer Development Director
  • Be the spokesperson and thought leader for Peak in India, speaking at events, webinars, authoring blogs and social media posts.
  • Use your network within the sector to help the Peak sales teams establish new relationships.
  • Provide input into our product roadmap to meet the needs of our current and future customers within your region.
  • Responsible for sales growth and customer retention within India.
  • Be pivotal in the recruitment and development of a high performing customer facing team

Experience working within enterprise software and/or senior business consulting.  Ideally for a globally recognised brand.

  • Extensive knowledge of how to scale culture, team and revenue from the ground up.
  • Great communication skills and experience leading a cross functional team to drive transformational results
  • An ability to input into, translate and communicate 
  • HQ strategies into India and ensure operational success. 
  • An existing network within India which can enable Peak to grow our market share and thought leadership position.
  • Experience of owning go to market strategies which resulted in the growth of market share.
  • The ability to work at pace whilst delivering great not good outputs.
  • Out of the box thinking which comes naturally as we are constantly challenging ourselves to "Do Great" for our customers and our team.
  • The ability to create amazing strategies and help others including SMEs deliver upon your vision resulting in revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction within your sectors.
  • A highly analytical approach to solving business problems and is familiar with analytics / planning and cloud based technologies.
