Purpose of the Role
Peak already work with Nike, KFC, ASOS, Marshalls, AO and more. We want to work with more of the world's best brands, helping them unlock the power of Decision Intelligence and AI. You will be in charge of our paid channels, using all of your knowledge and expertise to help us ensure companies in the UK and Europe know who Peak are, what we offer, and why we believe we should be working with them. We want to build a world class digital Marketing functionHaving a world class Digital Marketing function will allow us to communicate effectively and efficiently with our target audiences with the right message, at the right time on the right channel.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a hyper growth tech scaleup, backed by one of the largest global investors, and support Peak’s continued success in the UK and Europe region. Working closely with the Demand Generation team, we will evolve our digital marketing strategies working to attract and grow some of the biggest global brands as Peak customers and Decision Intelligence advocates.

This role will grow in importance as Peak scales in size and we expand the range of our product offering. We'll be looking to work in different industries, and be bringing new products to market, so you'll be on the forefront of helping us communicate our messaging to the right people, on the right medium, at the right time.
We are looking for someone with experience managing marketing campaigns, primarily through digital channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn, and delivering month-on-month results - increasing high-value leads, reducing acquisition cost, and optimizing return on ad spend to drive pipeline and revenue.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a successful digital inbound lead acquisition strategy that will tie in to both enterprise and mid market GTM motions - each involving different lead generation tactics and funnels. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation (EMEA), your end-goal will be scaling the digital channels you use while improving quality (pipeline value) and volume.
You will also be encouraged to “Think Bigger” as we are always looking to areas to accelerate and invest more in to scale and grow quicker as a business - so an iterative mindset is a must.
