The purpose 

To drive partner pipeline and build Peak awareness (and importance) across our partner ecosystem

The opportunity

  • You will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in tech (AWS, Intel, Snowflake), big consultancies and other organizations  and be at the forefront of growing the value of these relationships for Peak and its community
  • You will get to use all of your marketing skills in a well rounded role where you are driving strategy, owning campaigns and are responsible for the budget and pipeline for all partner marketing activity

The role

  • Work with Head of Business Development to develop joint marketing plans with global partners  in order to meet partner contribution targets to pipeline
  • Build Peak brand awareness within partners by creating targeted marketing campaigns to them to promote our proposition and how we add value to their offerings and how we can support them to hit their quota targets
  • Manage the partner marketing budget effectively and work with partners to maximize the funding support we can get from them to contribute towards our entire marketing team’s goals
  • Further develop other partner relationships by building relationships with their marketing teams and growing potential for consistent joint marketing activities
  • Collaborate across the marketing team to ensure support is provided to execute partner campaigns, whether this is events planning, brand and content or presentation design

Required experience

  • A well rounded set of marketing skills is required, with experience rolling out b2b campaigns, using tools such as Pardot and Salesforce and familiar with marketing channels such as events, webinars, videos, and written content to drive awareness and leads
  • Has prior experience working with partners or external third parties on joint marketing campaigns and GTM plans
  • Can independently manage an assigned marketing budget and allocate activity accordingly to ensure we hit pipeline targets
  • A nice to have would be experience both with marketing to partners to grow company brand awareness as well as joint marketing initiatives to drive pipeline
  • Can demonstrate influence and rapport building skills in order to develop great relationships with partners, and make Peak their no.1 partner to work with
