Our recent Best Companies award & 3 star accreditation for being one of the top companies to work for is a testament to this.

We have ambitious plans over the coming years; to launch and lead a new category of technology (Decision Intelligence), expand our operations and create the best working culture possible. This is a great time to join Peak and the Revenue Operations team, as we start the next stage of our global growth.

The Purpose

To execute Peak’s global revenue operations strategy, consistently improve the processes, reporting and tech stack in a hyper growth organisation which will change the way the world works.

The Role

This is an opportunity to define and shape systems, processes and tech stack across the customer leadership team. You’ll work broadly with senior stakeholders across the entire customer leadership team to support strategic initiatives.

There is also opportunity for personal growth across all areas of Revenue Operations - process, systems, reporting etc. and you will support the very early definition of RevOps at Peak, working in a new, small and rapidly expanding team.

All whilst working with world class marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of our progressive global revenue operations strategy, and work closely with your operational colleagues across the business to support global expansion and scale.
  • Maintain our global revenue tech stack, advising and sourcing new tech as needed, and ensuring our ecosystem is efficient, cost-effective and well integrated.
  • Produce single-source-of-truth reports aimed at informing and optimising performance throughout the entire sales funnel and delivery process.
  • Work with the global marketing and sales leaders to analyze trends and patterns in marketing metrics that could influence top level business strategy and inform global demand generation teams of potential opportunities and risks that you have seen in the data.
  • Review, run, and iterate on the automation tools to develop nurture programs, evolve accurate lead scoring, build attribution models, effectively use live chat, and other ways to increase demand.
  • Own the customer contact database - source and deploy the right tech and automation to enrich/clean/dedupe our contacts across the marketing and customer success teams.
  • Support the Sales, Customer Success, and Data Science management teams in managing Peak’s sales and delivery process through efficient use of Salesforce.

Personal skills:

  • Open - Shares success and learnings with the Peak team, is not afraid to have tough conversations, and is an effective, collaborative team player.
  • Driven – Believes in being ‘great’ not ‘good’ and shows resilience in overcoming any challenges.
  • Curious - Isn’t afraid to ask questions and will challenge the status quo by trying new things and learning quickly from what does and doesn’t work.
  • Smart – Tackles operations challenges creatively like a science experiment.
  • Responsible - Is great at demonstrating value in a numbers-driven way. The team can rely on you to get stuff done.

Required experience:

  • Experience working in marketing operations (and/or sales ops) roles within a technology company selling to enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience working with a marketing automation system (Pardot preferred, but could be Marketo or Eloqua).
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience working with Salesforce and other best-in-class sales technology.
  • Exceptional project management, planning, and organization skills.
  • Proven track record of effectively interfacing with cross-functional departments and the senior management team.
  • A clear understanding of a typical B2B SaaS/tech sales funnel; its stages, conversion points, and how to set up flows and reports for each part of it - along with standard SaaS metrics.
  • Experience setting up multi-touch attribution, nurture campaigns, and hyper segmented emails.
  • Experience setting up Salesforce reports, and in data analysis.

  • Opportunity to help scale Peak and make a large impact in a fast-growing company with global ambitions.
  • Competitive compensation package, share options, pension and generous holiday entitlement.
  • Working with cutting edge tech - you will develop skills and experience essential in the modern economy.
  • A fantastic working environment with open communication channels, flat hierarchy and a truly collaborative style.
