The Purpose

We are looking for someone to coordinate support efforts within the Peak engineering team. While communicating progress and verifying requirements with platform users and team mates, you will be required to triage the requests and either coordinate with the relevant internal teams or, where possible, get hands on to resolve the issue yourself.

There will be a huge opportunity to work in an environment open to new ideas and ways of working and as your knowledge of the platform and services progresses, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more of the tasks.

Inclusion and Diversity at Peak

We want to create awesome teams and leadership, where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work and their ideas to solve the complex problems for the companies and the communities we serve.
The Role

You may see some skills and experience mentioned that you aren’t familiar with yet and that’s ok - If you’re driven, curious and ready to learn new things we’re open to seeing what you’ve got to offer!

Working at the forefront of technology and getting stuck into cutting edge services (we often get early access to AWS beta release previews) means that most people are unlikely to tick all the boxes from day one. As long as you have a good background and some experience of the tools and services mentioned, and most importantly a drive and determination to learn new things quickly you’ll be ready to dive right in.
