In this role you will be part of something incredible, taking Peak to the next level as we build a world leading L&D department with the opportunity to work as part of a truly connected People team (L&D, Talent & People).
There is opportunity to own and shape the learning design approach and tools used at Peak as we start to grow the function globally, and freedom to be innovative and creative, shaping and defining your own role and focusing on your own growth and development as we scale.
You will be able to add real value to team members and the wider company by being involved in key business initiatives from the outset, using your expertise to drive critical projects whilst working at a company that prioritises people over everything else, with a huge focus on keeping our culture great as we scale
