You will have the opportunity to define and own our global go to market strategies within the CPG & Manufacturing sectors inside one of the world's most exciting tech companies. 


You will be part of a team that continually asks “how can we 10x?” and will be given the freedom to think big and challenge all other go to market models you have known before, all whilst having the opportunity to make a huge difference to how Peak scales across the globe.


Purpose of the Role 


Establish Peak as the market leader in Decision Intelligence within the CPG and Manufacturing sectors.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create the commercial strategy to enable Peak to scale to IPO + beyond by being the market leader in Decision Intelligence within your sectors.
  • Own and drive our CPG & Manufacturing Go To Market globally.
  • Work with Gartner and other analyst firms to gain market intelligence and amplify our CPG & Manufacturing GTM with them.
  • Be the spokesperson and thought leader for Peak in CPG & Manufacturing, speaking at events, webinars, authoring blogs and social media posts.
  • Use your network within the sectors to help the Peak sales teams establish new relationships.
  • Provide input into our product roadmap to meet the needs of our current and future customers within your sectors.
  • Responsible for net $ ARR growth (new sales minus churn) within the CPG & Manufacturing sector.

Required Skills & Experience 


  • Experience working within the CPG and or Manufacturing sectors.  Ideally for a globally recognised brand.
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chains including the SCOR framework.
  • Great communication skills and experience leading a cross functional team to drive transformational results. 
  • An existing network within the sectors which can enable Peak to grow our market share and thought leadership position.
  • Experience of owning go to market strategies which resulted in the growth of market share.
  • The ability to work at pace whilst delivering great not good outputs.
  • Out of the box thinking which comes naturally as we are constantly challenging ourselves to "Do Great" for our customers and our team.
  • The ability to create amazing strategies and help others including SMEs deliver upon your vision resulting in revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction within your sectors.
  • A highly analytical approach to solving business problems and is familiar with analytics / planning and cloud based technologies.
  • An appetite to become the global voice of Peak in CPG and Manufacturing.
