The Purpose

Part of the product team in Peak is focused on building CODI, our platform for configuring Decision Intelligence solutions for our customers. We are committing to investing more in the platform to build new features to enable scalable solution work. This role helps ensure that product managers stay hyper-focused on continuous and iterative feature improvements and releases, whilst seeking ways to optimize work with engineering.

The Role

To keep our product teams focused on building the best Decision Intelligence platform in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for managing the product delivery process, ensuring that features are launched as committed, that risks are identified and mitigated and that issues are addressed pro-actively.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of product operations, and help ensure that the product operations methodologies are followed in a pragmatic and constructive way.
  • Collaborate deeply with the product managers to drive a focus on value against the product vision.
  • Lean in to interactions with engineering to ensure grooming happens reliably and effectively, that responsibilities are well understood, progress can be tracked and issues can be identified & resolved.
  • Continually remind the product managers of the roadmap and the product vision, to ensure hyper-focused activity.
  • Prepare relevant reports highlighting progress in delivery.
  • Finding ways to improve delivery velocity.

Required experience:

  • A strong working knowledge of Agile and Lean practices and how to apply them inside a B2B SaaS product organisation to drive improvement.
  • Working familiarity with JIRA and related toolset.
  • Familiar with working across multiple time zones and as part of a culturally diverse team.
  • Comfortable being sufficiently technical to ensure understanding of a feature, sufficient to drive improvement.
  • Able to represent progress and updates to senior commercial stakeholders.
  • Naturally capable in leading teams through iterative improvements to drive continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working with multiple inputs to drive to a specific outcome.
