You will help grow Peak’s American business and build the high performance sales team that does it. 


The Role


Based in New York, we’re looking for someone who can build and lead the US sales team and is ultimately responsible for delivering the US sales number.  You’ll be responsible for hiring and quickly ramping world-class talent within the sales organisation, translating our effective UK GTM into a successful US one and consistently delivering the US bookings target. You’ll be part of the customer team and will help develop Peak’s overall commercial strategy.


The focus areas of the role are:


  • Work every day to deliver Peak’s mission of doing great things, and building an amazing company 
  • Develop an inclusive and sustainable high-performance culture with a team first mentality, mixed with high levels of personal accountability where people love their work and regularly exceed targets
  • Lead from the front by assisting the team to win their first US customers and by continually taking an active role in winning strategic accounts 
  • Use your learnings to translate Peak’s GTM for the US and codify how to successfully sell Peak in the US
  • As the role develops and you build out the sales management layer, your focus will be on supporting sales managers to provide effective coaching, inspiration and help to their teams to ensure rapid ramping, low attrition and consistent quota attainment
  • Be great at public speaking. We are often asked to give our opinions on all things AI and as part of the senior leadership team you will be required to give talks to a variety of audiences across the US

  • Smart -  data-driven, decision maker; efficient with time and effort; can identify what needs to be done and isn’t a busy fool. Knows how to delegate and align a team to reach a common goal
  • Responsible -owns delivering Peak’s $40m ARR goal and for building an inclusive and sustainable high-performance culture; believes in personal accountability and will be build a team that does too


Required Skills


  • Background in selling business outcomes and new concepts to enterprises
  • Track record of successful enterprise sales management 
  • Experience in working within a scale-up SaaS based business
  • Well trained in customer-centric selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, SPIN, value-based selling, Challenger, etc), as well as building urgency into deals
  • Proven ability to coach others to close deals regularly within mid-sized and large enterprises
  • An understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning and AI is a plus, but a passion for helping customers improve their businesses is a must. Because we spend our time talking with senior executives about how AI and machine learning can give them a competitive edge by solving complex business problems 
  • Working in an early stage business where self-discovery and motivation are required
  • An ability to identify and continuously improve current processes. 
  • Be used to working at pace whilst delivering great not good outcomes.
