Purpose of the Role


To manage marketing campaigns aimed at engaging with our ideal customer profile, primarily through digital channels in North America. This role is critical to driving business growth. 


The Opportunity 


This is an exciting opportunity to join a hot tech scale-up and support Peak’s continued expansion into the US. Working closely with the Demand Generation team, you will land and expand the new category of ‘Decision Intelligence’, the commercial application of AI, into the US with Peak at its helm. This person will be one of several pioneering positions in the US - you won’t be alone!

The Role 


We are looking for someone with experience managing marketing campaigns, primarily through digital channels, and delivering month-on-month results - increasing high-value leads, reducing acquisition cost, and optimizing return on ad spend. 


You will be responsible for developing and executing a successful digital inbound lead acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Head of US Demand Generation, your end-goal will be scaling the digital channels you use while improving quality (pipeline value) and volume.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Increase North American pipeline for Peak by achieving lead acquisition targets each quarter.
  • Support the Head of US Demand Generation in managing the budget, strategy, and execution of Peak’s digital marketing plans including advertising, email campaigns, and thought leadership.
  • Support Demand Generation and Sales Development teams with Account Based Marketing (ABM) plans from a digital perspective. 
  • Maintain a knowledge of industry best practices and innovative techniques to consistently test, report on, iterate, and improve digital campaign performance - aiming to increase the volume of ICP leads, reduce acquisition costs, improve return on investment, and improve conversion rates.


Required Experience


  • Has experience working in lead acquisition and marketing campaign roles within a technology company selling to enterprise customers within the US. 
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and executing within Google Ads, YouTube ads, LinkedIn ads, Facebook ads and similar.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working with marketing automation systems like Pardot or HubSpot, plus some Salesforce experience.
  • Experience setting up Wordpress landing pages from templates. 
  • Experience managing digital paid (not organic) lead generative activities through third parties such as publications, review boards like G2, or analysts such as cost per lead, content syndication, advertising, sponsored reports or content, advertorials, and sponsored user group or forum engagements.
  • Demonstrated experience running digital ABM campaigns and running hyper-targeted advertising toward enterprise audiences. 


Not required but would be great: 


  • Experience of working within a scale up technology company where self discovery and motivation are required.
  • Experience within the tech sector and a basic understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning and/or AI. 
  • Comfortable writing copy for emails, landing pages, and potentially longer form content like blogs and short whitepapers.
