The Purpose


This is an opportunity to work closely with the CEO and the CEO team in a fast paced hyper-growth business. You will have a hands on approach in helping Peak scale at pace and get a real insight into a high-performance culture, whilst helping to create and lead on how our CEO team can be more agile in their ways of working. 


The Role


We’re growing, and this means that our CEO and the CEO team now need more dedicated support.  They’re busy making sure that Peak becomes a global category leader in our field, and you’ll play a crucial role in maximising their time to make sure we achieve this. You’ll be able to demonstrate that you can be a great EA in a commercial environment with a proactive approach with the essential support you can provide.


You’ll be working closely with The CEO and the CEO Team, the wider Peak team and all our customers, so you must be willing to help everyone around you. You must be passionate about the role you play in the business and have the drive to make the role your own. 



Key Responsibilities:


  • Team administration support
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the Exec team, balancing costs with convenience. Ensure travel documents, tickets and itineraries are available.
  • Ensure the CEO team has all the required documents in preparation for a meeting.
  • Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, tidy and that all the necessary equipment is available.
  • Minute taking and preparation of correspondence as required.    
  • Work effectively with the office assistant / host on preparation of events and ensuring all of our colleagues are supported and all of our customers have an amazing experience with us.

Required experience:


  • Strong experience working as a Personal/ Executive Assistant. 
  • Effective and efficient diary & inbox management. 
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills. 
  • Agile fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable and a self-starter
