The Purpose


Our Sales teams are helping the leading businesses in retail, CPG and manufacturing create game-changing profit and growth using AI. In order to remain at the leading edge of what we do, our sales teams need world class enablement.


Sales Enablement Manager, enter stage left!


The Role


You will work be working closely with Sales leadership to create a world class sales academy for our SDRs, Commercial Managers and AI consultants (pre-sales).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Building our global sales enablement strategy alongside our Global Sales Director.
  • Providing amazing training, content, processes, practices and tools to support our salespeople throughout the buyer’s journey.
  • Providing coaching and guidance for Sales Leaders to improve their leadership capabilities - ‘enabling the enablers’!
  • Working collaboratively with sales, marketing, partners and other key stakeholders to increase sales results and productivity.
  • Helping shape an environment of psychological safety and trust within our sales org

Required experience:


  • Sales enablement background. 
  • Ideally experience in sales at some point in your career.
  • Exceptional communicator, capable of taking complex concepts and communicating them in a very simple, easy-to-understand manner. 
  • Experience running training and workshops .e.g. Facilitating discussions with a room full of smart people to take them from a blank canvas to a valuable new way of thinking or working.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills. 
  • Exceptional visual presentation skills. 
  • Great analytical skills and the ability to tell stories through data.
