This position is a chance to join a high-achieving, customer-facing, output focussed team and work across a variety of industry verticals and sub-verticals to prove out value across a range of use cases.


The Purpose


To lead and share the responsibility to create business cases with our customers, improving conversion rate in the sales process and then ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.


The Role


As the Commercial Finance Manager, you will work closely with industry vertical leads and Customer Success managers to create business cases that clearly demonstrate how Peak drives value through AI. As a SaaS business, identifying and proving value for our customers is critical. You will be a key enabler for this, enhancing our customer facing teams with your commercial mindset. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • You will work across multiple team engagements
  • Work with and support pre-sales teams to guide and deliver use-case pipeline
  • Work with Customer Success Managers to regularly audit progress of value delivery for each Peak customer
  • Liaise with industry vertical leads to monitor progress of pre-sales and existing customers value delivery
  • Run internal workshops to create consistent commercial up-skilling practise

Required experience:


  • Accounting background
  • Strong system, data and analytical skills
  • Experience in embedding technical solutions in real world, trading environments
  • Experience in creating and presenting financial modelling of commercial deals to senior stakeholders. Often in non-financial teams.
  • Expert user in Excel
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with problem solving attitude
  • Experience in retail industry
  • Must be adaptable and have ability to work across variety of different projects/challenges
  • Self aware and keen to develop other Peak colleagues
  • Ability to work in face paced environment
