Customer Success Managers at Peak are driving real value for a wide range of customers, through conceptualising and delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Our team have the opportunity to build long term and meaningful relationships across different industry verticals; creating decisions that best support the team and customer. We have total visibility from both a Peak perspective and with our customers; meeting a range of people from business users to C-level execs. Working collaboratively alongside the data scientists, our team translates technical outputs into operational day-to-day terms.
What we’re looking for:
Great interpersonal skills with an ability to develop strong customer relationships.
A problem solving mindset; driven by identifying opportunities to add value to customers.
Keen interest in technology, the AI space and how it can support organisations to grow.
Experience in identifying opportunities and delivering innovative solutions to complex implementations.
Ability to interpret complex analysis and communicate to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Proven ability to engage and project manage delivery across corporate functions.
